The government has organized booths promoting Vietnamese tourism at the Mekong Tourism Forum 2023 (in Cambodia), ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2023 and TRAVEX Fair (in Indonesia). Particularly noteworthy is the delegation's participation in the ITB Berlin International Tourism Fair in Germany, marking the largest-scale presence at the world's largest tourism event, affirming Vietnam's commitment to expanding presence in the global tourism landscape amid a recovery trend. Furthermore, cooperation and connection activities with international partners within multilateral frameworks such as ASEAN, APEC, UN WTO, PATA, GMS, CLMV, CLV are also enhanced. There have been efforts to increase bilateral tourism cooperation with countries including China, Japan, Cambodia, India, Italy and Australia
Communication efforts have been significantly enhanced on websites and social media platforms managed by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. The website https://vietnamtourism.gov.vn acts as the main channel for disseminating policy-related information, while https://vietnam.travel focuses on promoting the image of Vietnamese tourism abroad . In addition, a network of social media platforms including Facebook, Zalo, Youtube and Instagram have been leveraged to effectively spread information about Vietnam tourism. Through these channels, continuous introduction activities about destinations, tourism products, resorts, entertainment, health care services and diverse tourism activities in Vietnam are brought to tourists. international visitors, contributing to attracting international tourists to Vietnam.
